Doyle Guides Carriacou

Doyles guides are designed as a window to the Eastern Caribbean by providing both information and many links to other sites, particularly down-island sites. 

It is the home page of Chris Doyle's Guides and is written and maintained by Chris Doyle.

Like the Doyle cruising guides, it is designed with  yachtspeople in mind, but there is plenty of general information for anyone interested in the islands. If you go to our Caribbean Islands page you can scroll down and click on any island to find island descriptions, occasional articles and many links to businesses and sites in those islands. For guide users, these pages give links to services and facilities in the islands

The Navigation section includes downloadable GPS co-ordinates and guide updates. If you own one of our guides these updates can be important. It also includes links to navigational advisories including the weather and volcano reports.

The guides cover the Caribbean from Anguilla  to Venezuela. They are written for people visiting the Caribbean by boat, but many land visitors love them as well. Doyle also publishes a nature guide. There is also a page about sketch charts and how they are made, with links to the appropriate software.
